Return & Refund Policy

Want to return an item? No problem! Follow these simple steps:

  1. Check the return period
    You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once this period has passed, we unfortunately can no longer accept returns.

  2. Check the condition of the item
    Make sure that the clothing:

    • Unworn is

    • Clean and in original condition

    • Free from stains, damage, animal hair, perfume or other odors

  3. Add the packing slip
    If you still have it, please include it with your return.

  4. Wrap it tightly
    Please ensure proper and secure packaging to ensure the item is returned undamaged.

❗ Important to know

  • Sale items can certainly be returned.

  • If you return the entire order , you'll also receive a refund for the original shipping costs.

  • Are you only returning part of your order ? The shipping costs (€6.95) will be refunded.

🕒 Returns must be registered and shipped to us within 14 days of receipt.

*For orders outside Belgium: Buyers must purchase a return label themselves. This will be deducted from the refund (with a maximum of €6.95) if you return the entire shipment.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached - if present.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

You can always come to our warehouse to exchange or return items.

REFUNDS
Once we've received your return and inspected the condition of your item, we'll process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date you receive your item for your return or exchange to be processed. We'll notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Furthermore, if you return all items, the initial shipping costs will be refunded. If you only return part of your order, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
